How do you prevent candidates from cheating?

Candidates understand that there will likely be validation of their test results at some point during the recruitment process, so candidate cheating is extremely rare. However, our platform incorporates a number of anti-cheating methods including:

  • Email tracking to ensure candidates can't use multiple email addresses
  • IP address monitoring to record the candidate's general location
  • Mouse tracking to monitor whether the candidate's mouse leaves the assessment window
  • Screen detection to track whether candidates exit full-screen or use duplicate screens
  • Continuous snapshots that are taken every 30 seconds to ensure the candidate is the one taking the test.
