How do I update my details?

To update your personal and business information, monitor your test usage or review your payment information, you will need to head to your account. This can be done by clicking on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the platform.

Let’s start with your personal and business information.

The information on the left panel will update for you and you only - for example, your name, the email address you wish to use to access the platform and your notification preferences.

The information on the right panel will update for all employees within your company account.

To make any changes, simply click on the pencil icon and remember to click Save changes when you are done!
